Senior Manager, Marketing - HCP Non Personal Promotion

About the role

As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for developing innovative solutions to complex pharmaceutical challenges. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure product success and patient safety.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement new drug formulations and delivery systems
• Conduct research and development activities to improve existing products
• Collaborate with regulatory affairs to ensure compliance with FDA and EMA guidelines
• Lead project teams to meet project milestones and deadlines
• Stay updated with industry trends and regulatory changes

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, Biochemistry, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in pharmaceutical R&D
• Strong understanding of pharmacokinetics and pharmaceutics
• Experience with drug formulation and manufacturing processes
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Qualifications

• PhD in a relevant field preferred
• Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)
• Experience with regulatory submissions and approvals
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Skills

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience with statistical software (e.g., SAS, R)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
