Senior Manager, Marketing & CRM
About the role
The Rick Goings Institute (RGI) at Rollins College is seeking a Senior Manager, Marketing & CRM to join their team! The Senior Manager, Marketing & CRM is RGI's senior marketing leader and the person accountable for building the Institute's brand presence, driving lead generation across all digital channels, and ensuring the CRM is a high-functioning engine for sales and pipeline development.
Responsibilities
- Own and manage RGI's social media presence across LinkedIn and other active platforms: developing a consistent content calendar, creating and scheduling posts, monitoring engagement, and responding to comments and messages in a timely and professional manner
- Produce platform-native content that reflects RGI's voice and brand standards, including thought leadership posts, program announcements, event promotions, instructor spotlights, and alumni highlights
- Monitor social performance metrics (reach, engagement, follower growth, click-through); report results to the MD on a regular cadence and adjust content strategy based on what is working
- Stay current on platform best practices and algorithm changes; proactively recommend content formats and posting strategies that maximize organic reach
- Support the Director of Corporate Development with social content that advances business development and partnership visibility goals
- Design graphics, visual assets, and branded materials for social media, email campaigns, event promotions, program marketing, and website use, maintaining consistency with RGI's visual brand standards across every output
- Produce presentation templates, one-pagers, digital ads, event graphics, and other marketing collateral as directed by the MD or Director of Corporate Development
- Maintain an organized library of brand assets, approved templates, photography, and design files that the full RGI team can access and use
- Ensure all visual content is production-ready, appropriately sized for each channel, and delivered on time to support campaign and program launch schedules
- Build, schedule, and deploy email marketing campaigns for executive education programs, events, partner outreach, alumni engagement, and institutional announcements, managing all aspects from copywriting and design through list selection, send, and post-campaign analysis
- Develop and manage automated email nurture sequences that move prospective participants and corporate contacts through the funnel from initial inquiry to enrollment or engagement
- Manage email list hygiene: suppression lists, unsubscribe compliance, bounce management, and segment accuracy; ensure every send reaches the right audience
- Track and report on email performance metrics including open rates, click-through rates, conversions, and unsubscribes, and use data to continuously improve campaign effectiveness
- Coordinate with the Director of Corporate Development to support sales outreach sequences and prospect communication cadences through the CRM email toolset
- Own and maintain CRM data integrity across all contact records, audience segments, pipeline stages, lead source tagging, and engagement history, ensuring the database is always clean, current, and sales-ready
- Build and manage audience segments and contact lists for targeted outreach campaigns, event invitations, program promotions, and sales prospecting; deliver accurate, well-segmented lists to the Director of Corporate Development on request
- Support lead generation by ensuring all inbound leads from website forms, event registrations, email campaigns, and social media are captured accurately in the CRM, properly tagged, and routed to the appropriate follow-up workflow
- Maintain pipeline visibility by keeping deal stages, contact activity, and follow-up tasks current; flag stale records, incomplete data, or pipeline gaps to the MD and Director of Corporate Development
- Run regular CRM reporting: lead volume, pipeline activity, campaign attribution, and audience engagement summaries delivered to the MD on a consistent cadence
- Coordinate data hygiene on a recurring schedule: deduplication, list pruning, contact enrichment, and record standardization to ensure data quality never degrades
