Senior Manager, Marketing Analytics & Growth Strategy (Remote)

About the role

Drive search and content-led growth initiatives that improve visibility, acquisition, and measurable demand. Collaborate with analytics, product, creative, and commercial teams to turn market insights into scalable campaigns, testing strategies, and performance improvements. Directly influence customer engagement, conversion performance, and revenue growth within a Real Estate & Construction environment.

Responsibilities

• Analyze marketing and sales data to identify trends and growth opportunities
• Connect marketing performance to lead quality, conversions, and revenue
• Lead the development of attribution and performance measurement frameworks
• Manage and optimize paid search and performance media efforts
• Automate reporting and improve marketing operation processes
• Evaluate and implement emerging analytics technologies and frameworks
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on strategies and definitions

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, analytics, or related field
• 5-7 years of experience in digital marketing, including leadership roles
• Strong background in marketing analytics and growth strategy
• Experience with paid search and performance media tools like Google Ads
• Familiarity with business intelligence platforms such as Power BI or Tableau
• Ability to analyze complex datasets and connect marketing to financial outcomes
• Excellent executive communication and cross-functional leadership skills

Pay

$112,400 – $149,800 annually
