About the role

ASRC Federal is seeking a Senior Manager of Market Intelligence to play a pivotal role in driving long term enterprise growth and strategic portfolio expansion across federal, defense, intelligence, and civil agency markets. This role provides an opportunity to lead the analysis and development efforts in support of corporate market strategies and plans. The role will serve as a trusted advisor to executive leadership, developing and translating quantitative data, pipeline metrics, and competitive intelligence into actionable strategies and growth frameworks.

Responsibilities

  • Partners with Executive Leadership Team to draft, refine, and execute the company’s corporate multi-year strategic roadmap and supporting operational plan organic growth targets.
  • Partners with the Executive Leadership Team to provide research and analysis to support strategic decision making and situational awareness.
  • Partners with Operating Group leadership to support the development and implementation of each group’s strategic and operating plans and provides the market research and analysis to support informed decision making.
  • Partners with Account Managers to provide customer analysis to include buyer priorities, budget, and spending trends.
  • Evaluates potential partnerships based on customer footprint, capability alignment, and contract vehicle access.
  • Evaluates macro GWAC/IDIQ trends to drive strategic vehicle alignment and competitive positioning.
  • Leads formal Black Hat sessions, competitor capability mapping, and internal gap analyses for strategic pursuits.
  • Authors executive market reports and strategic white papers, synthesizing complex market dynamics into clear investment options.

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) and a minimum of 8 years of strategic market intelligence and corporate development-related experience in support of Defense, Aerospace, or Government technology services companies.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn complex procurement datasets into concise narrative recommendations for Executive Leadership.
  • Ability to dissect complex issues, analyze data, and draw insights to inform decisions.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills (written and verbal).
  • Demonstrated capability in and familiarity with market research, competitive, and financial analysis.
  • Ability to gain internal support, operate independently with limited supervision and feedback, and establish a solid working relationship with executive management.
  • Working knowledge of federal budget, spending, and acquisition processes.
  • Research subscription knowledge (e.g., BGOV, DACIS, GovWinIQ)
