About the role
Johnson & Johnson Technology (JJT) is seeking a Senior Manager Market Access Product Management to join the Innovative Medicine Market Access Product Group.
Responsibilities
- Define and implement the vision, strategy, and multi-year roadmap for Market Access analytics, contracting, claims intelligence, and AI-enabled products.
- Align product investments with business priorities, customer needs, and enterprise technology strategy.
- Lead a portfolio of Market Access products and platforms, being responsible for financials, objectives and key results, roadmaps, and value realization.
- Drive prioritization and investment decisions to improve business outcomes and operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with senior leaders across SCG, ECM, Commercial Operations, Data & Analytics, and Technology to find opportunities, define priorities, and deliver innovative solutions.
- Serve as a trusted advisor, translating sophisticated business needs into scalable technology capabilities.
- Lead the strategy and evolution of data and analytics capabilities, enabling sophisticated reporting, forecasting, contracting insights, and decision support.
- Leverage data-driven insights to identify opportunities for growth, efficiency, and competitive advantage.
- Foster the development and adoption of Artificial Intelligence (AI), Generative AI, Machine Learning, and intelligent automation capabilities across the Market Access portfolio.
- Identify and implement multifaceted AI use cases that enhance decision-making, improve efficiency, automate business processes, and unlock new sources of value.
- Partner with business and technology leaders to establish AI product strategies, roadmaps, and scalable delivery models.
- Be an authority with vision on emerging AI technologies, including Large Language Models, AI agents, and Responsible AI practices, while encouraging innovation across the organization.
- Lead Agile product teams to deliver secure, scalable, and high-quality solutions that meet business goals.
- Drive continuous improvement, adoption, and value realization through strong product management practices and stakeholder engagement.
- Lead, mentor, and develop global product managers, business analysts, and technology professionals.
- Foster empowerment, innovation, inclusion, and continuous learning while integrating Johnson & Johnson's Credo and Leadership Imperatives into team goals and decision-making.
- Ensure products and platforms meet security, privacy, regulatory, and compliance requirements.
- Promote responsible AI governance and effective risk management across all products and solutions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, Mathematics, Statistics, or an equivalent.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in technology, product management, analytics, digital transformation, or related roles within healthcare, life sciences, or a regulated industry.
- Minimum 5 years leading cross-functional teams and delivering sophisticated technology solutions.
- Demonstrated experience defining product strategy, managing product portfolios, and driving business outcomes.
- Understanding of Market Access, Contracting, Claims Analytics, Commercial Operations, and data-driven decision making.
- Proven track record to influence senior leaders, align partners, and lead large-scale transformation initiatives.
- Strong experience with cloud technologies, analytics platforms (Power BI, Tableau, Qlik), data repositories (data warehouses, marts, & lakes) and Agile product management methodologies.
- Demonstrated experience delivering sophisticated analytics, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Generative AI, and intelligent automation solutions.
- Solid understanding of AI technologies, including Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), AI agents, and Responsible AI principles.
- Ability to develop and implement AI-enabled product strategies that deliver measurable business value.
- Outstanding communication, stakeholder management, and strategic problem-solving skills.
- Ability to translate sophisticated technical concepts into actionable business outcomes and influence decisions across all organizational levels.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting Pharmaceutical Market Access, Contracting, Pricing, or Commercial Operations functions.
- Experience leading enterprise-scale AI, analytics, and digital transformation initiatives.
- AWS, Product Management, Agile, or AI-related certifications.
- Experience leading global onsite and offshore teams.
