Senior Manager, Manufacturing Quality-Test

Position

This position will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining test systems and methods that improve product quality, support new model introductions, and increase manufacturing efficiency.

What You'll Bring to Our Team

• Electrical Engineering degree or related field
• 7 years’ of related experience troubleshooting and supporting manufacturing test equipment, or equivalent education and experience
• 3 years of quality leadership experience
• Proven ability to influence and drive change
• Ability to communicate effectively and foster management and results-oriented employee participation
• High initiative, self-starter, proactive, dedicated, results oriented, a team player
