Senior Manager: Logistics
General Duties
- Manage and coordinate Logistics Centre activities
- Align logistics activities with business strategies
- Maintain department budget and KPIs
- Ensure audit compliance and standards adherence
- Collaborate with internal departments
- Cook up employee training
- Manage and develop a team of supervisors and managers, ensuring alignment with departmental and company objectives
Operational Duties
- Supervise and direct employees daily
- Allocate resources effectively
- Support procurement cycle and production schedule
- Cook up goods inbound, outbound, warehouse and transport
- Manage risks affecting turnaround time
Strategic Duties
- Lead process improvement initiatives
- Build strong team collaboration
- Manage work stoppages efficiently
- Develop relationships with global business units
Profile
- Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 6 years experience in logistics management
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure
- Strategic and results-oriented mindset
- Airplane experience preferred
