Job Summary

The Senior Manager, Lifecycle & Partner Marketing will play a pivotal role in driving incremental revenue growth and increased member engagement in Marriott Bonvoy through strategic promotions and compelling marketing strategies.
CORE WORK ACTIVITIES
- Lead projects and initiatives that enable enhanced member experiences and drive incremental revenue.
- Utilize consumer insights to inform loyalty promotions strategy development and execution.
- Support evolution and optimization of loyalty promotions with a focus on member expansion and engagement, taking into consideration changing requirements of emerging businesses and new offerings.
- Integrate new offerings into promotions planning and execution, including promotions structures, marketing, digital experience, etc.
- Work with marketing and CX partners to understand and report on promotion effectiveness for internal and external partners.
- Use reporting to identify opportunities and best practices, implementing to improve performance.
- Execute test and learn curriculum and analyses campaign performance to optimize results.
- Research industry and competitive marketplace for opportunities and improvements.

Core Competencies
- Background in loyalty marketing, marketing promotions, creative agency management, strategic & analytical thinking, project management
- Strong foundation with CRM/customer marketing program measurement, including audience segmentation, promotion development and management, and ROI analysis
- Expertise in managing end-to-end marketing campaign development
- Knowledge and experience with marketing technology (Martech) and promotion capabilities, with the ability to implement best practices in marketing promotions
Required Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or related major
- Six years’ relevant professional experience in marketing or a related function, demonstrating progressive career growth and a pattern of exceptional performance
