As a Senior Manager, Learning, Product Execution, you’ll be part of our Product Execution team working as a hybrid employee. You’ll get to:
Responsibilities
- Responsible for the strategic design, execution, and continuous improvement of technical learning programs that support the organization’s product execution priorities.
- Manages the development and delivery of engineering learning plans and courses in key focus areas, including and no limited to electrical, embedded software, CAD/CAE, design quality, systems engineering, and project management.
- Oversee a team of direct and contract resources, drive the adoption of the Docebo LMS, and ensure alignment with business objectives through robust governance and measurement practices.
- Learning Strategy & Program Management:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive learning strategy for engineering disciplines aligned with business and product execution goals.
- Lead the design, development, and deployment of learning plans and technical courses including but not limited to electrical, embedded software, CAD/CAE, systems engineering, mechanical and PMO with limited oversight.
- Partner with subject matter experts and business leaders to identify skill gaps and prioritize learning initiatives.
- Team Leadership & Resource Management:
- Manage a team of 6 (including 3 direct reports) and oversee 4–5 partner resources based in India.
- Provide coaching, direction, and performance management to ensure high-quality program delivery.
- Governance & Stakeholder Engagement:
- Organize and facilitate monthly governance meetings to review progress, prioritize initiatives, and align with strategic objectives.
- Collaborate with the Learning Center of Excellence (COE) and other stakeholders to ensure best practices and compliance.
- Learning Technology & Process Improvement:
- Lead the implementation and optimization of the Docebo Learning Management System (LMS).
- Drive the transition toward a comprehensive skills management framework, integrating learning with talent and performance processes.
- Measurement & Reporting:
- Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for training effectiveness, including participation, completion rates, skills acquisition, and impact on productivity.
- Analyze data to measure program success and recommend improvements.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in education, Human Resources, engineering, or related field.
- 8-10 years of experience in learning and development, with a focus on technical or engineering domains.
- Proven experience in program management, team leadership, and stakeholder engagement.
- Strong knowledge of learning technologies (preferably Docebo LMS) and skills management systems.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and organizational skills.
- Experience working with global teams and managing contract resources is a plus.

Pay
$95,600.00 - $153,900.00 annually
