About the role
This role supports doctor and practice owner role development initiatives, turning data into practical insights that improve visibility, decision-making, and business performance.
Responsibilities
- Create strategies for development across all stages, including onboarding
- Collaborate with senior leaders and support teams to identify developmental needs
- Design and implement impactful learning solutions and resources
- Tailor learning experiences based on specific learner needs
- Assess existing programs for effectiveness and suggest improvements
- Leverage data to evaluate learning success and drive continuous enhancements
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred
- 7+ years of learning and development experience, preferably in a fast-paced, distributed setting
- Advanced knowledge of adult learning theory and principles
- Familiarity with DSOs or similar medical industries; experience in this field is a plus
- Proven track record in developing onboarding processes
- Strong business acumen to align learning solutions with business challenges
- Proficiency in digital learning technologies and eLearning tools
