About the role

This role supports doctor and practice owner role development initiatives, turning data into practical insights that improve visibility, decision-making, and business performance.

Responsibilities

  • Create strategies for development across all stages, including onboarding
  • Collaborate with senior leaders and support teams to identify developmental needs
  • Design and implement impactful learning solutions and resources
  • Tailor learning experiences based on specific learner needs
  • Assess existing programs for effectiveness and suggest improvements
  • Leverage data to evaluate learning success and drive continuous enhancements

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred
  • 7+ years of learning and development experience, preferably in a fast-paced, distributed setting
  • Advanced knowledge of adult learning theory and principles
  • Familiarity with DSOs or similar medical industries; experience in this field is a plus
  • Proven track record in developing onboarding processes
  • Strong business acumen to align learning solutions with business challenges
  • Proficiency in digital learning technologies and eLearning tools
