Responsibilities
- Partner with the Product Owner to design business solutions with technical insights
- Translate product roadmaps into scalable technology architectures and plans with leading architects
- Convert complex business requirements into actionable technical specifications
- Lead the technical team to drive software development aligned to business needs and standards
- Guide development teams on scalable architectures for learning platforms and enablement solutions
- Mentor software engineers and elevate overall technical capabilities in the team
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, information systems, or related technical field
- 7+ years of relevant experience in learning and development, with expertise in enterprise learning platforms and onboarding programs
- 2+ years in a leadership role managing developers or technical teams
- Demonstrated experience delivering enterprise-scale digital learning platforms
- Prominent mentorship capabilities in guiding developers and vendors for high-quality solutions
