Senior Manager, Learning and Development Technical Lead

Responsibilities

• Partner with the Product Owner to design business solutions with technical insights
• Translate product roadmaps into scalable technology architectures and plans with leading architects
• Convert complex business requirements into actionable technical specifications
• Lead the technical team to drive software development aligned to business needs and standards
• Guide development teams on scalable architectures for learning platforms and enablement solutions
• Mentor software engineers and elevate overall technical capabilities in the team

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, information systems, or related technical field
• 7+ years of relevant experience in learning and development, with expertise in enterprise learning platforms and onboarding programs
• 2+ years in a leadership role managing developers or technical teams
• Demonstrated experience delivering enterprise-scale digital learning platforms
• Prominent mentorship capabilities in guiding developers and vendors for high-quality solutions
