Responsibilities

  • Partner with the Product Owner to design business solutions with technical insights

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, information systems, or related technical field
  • 7+ years of relevant experience in learning and development, with expertise in enterprise learning platforms and onboarding programs
  • 2+ years in a leadership role managing developers or technical teams
  • Demonstrated experience delivering enterprise-scale digital learning platforms
  • Prominent mentorship capabilities in guiding developers and vendors for high-quality solutions
