Senior Manager Labor & Employee Relations

For our client, we are seeking a Senior Manager Labor & Employee Relations to join the team of a leader in the Manufacturing & Automotive space. This role will shape labor and employee relations strategy across a decentralized, multi-state environment, with a focus on training, communication, and proactive issue resolution. The position will partner closely with managers and employees in unionized settings to support fair, consistent practices and stronger workplace relationships. It will also help guide labor relations education, investigations, grievance support, and employee engagement efforts that contribute to a more effective organization.
