For our client, we are seeking a Senior Manager Labor & Employee Relations to join the team of a leader in the Manufacturing & Automotive space. This role will shape labor and employee relations strategy across a decentralized, multi-state environment, with a focus on training, communication, and proactive issue resolution. The position will partner closely with managers and employees in unionized settings to support fair, consistent practices and stronger workplace relationships. It will also help guide labor relations education, investigations, grievance support, and employee engagement efforts that contribute to a more effective organization. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $110,000 – $130,000 annually Responsibilities Implement effective labor and employee relations strategies through training Develop and oversee labor relations education programs Supervise Labor Relations team members Foster communication and relationships with employees Address employee concerns and provide viable solutions Assist management with grievances in unionized settings Conduct investigations into employee complaints Promote employee engagement activities Advise on labor relations matters and related campaigns Additional responsibilities as assigned Qualifications 7+ years in HR generalist or labor relations roles Experience with union election campaigns Knowledge of NLRA and applicable labor laws Experience in a decentralized multi-state organization PHR certification preferred Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred Experience in environmental services or transportation sectors preferred Benefits Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage Healthcare and dependent care spending accounts Short- and long-term disability insurance Life insurance and AD&D coverage Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Employee discount programs Generous retirement plan match Employee Stock Purchase Plan (ESPP) Paid Time Off (PTO) Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
