Senior Manager, IT Product Management

About the role

This leader will own the strategy and delivery for internal technology products that support core business operations and enterprise systems. In this role, you will partner closely with business and technology stakeholders to prioritize demand, establish governance, and ensure internal solutions create measurable operational value. You will also guide a team in shaping product roadmaps, improving execution discipline, and supporting broader technology transformation efforts.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for internal applications
• Partner with business owners to assess functional requirements and technology investments
• Manage backlogs for internal business systems and track product performance metrics
• Lead the planning and prioritization process for technology project requests
• Establish governance mechanisms for product management with stakeholders
• Define standardized Organizational Change Management strategies for technology initiatives
• Oversee quality assurance processes and coordinate deployment schedules

Qualifications

• 10+ years of IT or business systems product management experience, including 5+ years in people management
• Experience managing product strategy and delivery for internal enterprise systems such as ERP, CRM, or similar platforms
• Hands-on background in IT product management, with progression into a leadership role
• Strong understanding of SaaS governance and software asset management best practices
• Ability to define and execute a comprehensive Enterprise AI strategy
• Proven record of establishing operational practices within a technology organization
• Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to align business and technology partners

Pay

$157,100 – $196,400 annually
