Senior Manager, IP Validation

For our client, we are seeking a Senior Manager, IP Validation to join the team of a leader in the Hospitals & Medical Centers space. This role will oversee inpatient financial validation processes and help ensure the accuracy of critical expense estimates and reporting. You will partner closely with Utilization Management and other internal stakeholders to strengthen data integrity, standardize review procedures, and improve the reliability of financial outputs. The position also plays an important role in forecasting, budgeting, and communicating results to senior leadership within a healthcare environment. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $107,700 – $199,300 annually Responsibilities Prepare monthly estimates of inpatient incurred but not reported expenses Collaborate with Utilization Management to ensure data accuracy Develop standard processes for reviewing inpatient expenditures Oversee preparation of accurate financial reports for inpatient spending Analyze financial results and prepare forecasts and budgets Interpret financial reports for senior management Monitor legislative developments affecting financial operations Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent experience 5+ years in accounting or financial analysis Previous management experience Experience in healthcare insurance preferred CPA certification preferred Benefits Comprehensive health insurance 401K and stock purchase plans Tuition reimbursement Paid time off plus holidays Flexible remote, hybrid, or office work schedules Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
