What You Will Do

  • Lead end-to-end audit engagements (planning, execution, reporting) across operational and compliance areas.
  • Independently extract, clean, and analyze large datasets to identify risks, trends, and control gaps.
  • Translate data insights into clear audit findings and actionable business recommendations.
  • Develop executive-ready reports summarizing key risks, insights, and impact.
  • Perform ongoing data analysis to detect anomalies and emerging issues.
  • Partner cross-functionally to implement data-driven corrective actions.
  • Maintain audit documentation supported by accurate data and sound methodologies.
  • Support investigations, special projects, and ad hoc data analysis.
  • Collaborate with leadership on audit strategy and business priorities.
  • Mentor team members and contribute to talent development.

What You Will Bring To The Role

  • Eight or more years of experience with at least five years of related work experience in public accounting (internal or external audit), management consulting, data analysis, or financial analysis.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Master’s degree a plus.
  • Strong understanding of audit methodologies, risk assessment, and internal controls.
  • Advanced Excel skills (e.g., Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP, data modeling) with the ability to work with large datasets.
  • Familiarity with analytics and visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Alteryx, Python) is highly preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present data-driven insights to senior leadership.
  • Self-starter who is resourceful, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in environments without dedicated analytics support.
  • Three or more years of leadership or team management experience preferred.
