Senior Manager – Infrastructure and Workplace Technology

What You’ll Do

  • Lead and develop a team of project managers responsible for end-to-end delivery of enterprise site technology initiatives across the Americas
  • Oversee Network Implementation programs resulting from: Site builds, closures, and expansions, Mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures, Infrastructure modernization and tech debt remediation, Workplace collaboration and voice transformation initiatives
  • Drive consistent execution through strong project governance, risk management, budget oversight, and timeline management
  • Serve as the senior escalation point for delivery risks and site-impacting issues

Stakeholder & Business Alignment

  • Partner closely with Engineering, Architecture, Cybersecurity, Corporate Real Estate & Workplace Services (CREWS), and business stakeholders to ensure alignment to enterprise standards and strategic priorities
  • Ensure project teams effectively engage business leaders and lab owners to understand operational and technical requirements
  • Clock technology deployment readiness with construction and workplace timelines, including cabling, IDF/MDF readiness, and workplace infrastructure dependencies
  • Represent HPIT site solutions and services with regional leadership and stakeholders

Vendor & Financial Governance

  • Oversee a multi-million-dollar project portfolio with accountability for forecasting, budget management, vendor performance, and financial accuracy
  • Drive accountability across strategic suppliers, deployment partners, and infrastructure vendors to ensure high-quality and on-time execution
  • Partner with Finance and Procurement teams to support capitalization, cost control, and investment planning

Incident & Escalation Leadership

  • Lead management escalations for critical site-impacting incidents and high-risk project issues
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams and vendors to drive timely resolution and recovery
  • Ensure effective Root Cause Analysis (RCA) development and continuous improvement actions following major incidents

People Leadership & Culture

  • Build and mentor a high-performing organization focused on accountability, ownership, collaboration, and continuous improvement
  • Develop leaders who can operate effectively in highly matrixed environments while balancing business needs, technical complexity, and delivery execution
  • Foster a culture of proactive communication, stakeholder engagement, and operational excellence
