This is a temporary, US-based, W2 role (09/08 – 11/03) that is paid hourly. Eastern or Central Timezone preferred.
About the role
We are looking for a temporary Senior Manager to support our Influencer Marketing team.
Responsibilities
- Develop, present, and optimize influencer strategies across clients and categories
- Forecast campaign impact and KPIs, tying performance to business outcomes
- Review and guide creative concepts, messaging, and ongoing optimization
- Manage and mentor junior team members, supporting development and growth planning
- Support influencer negotiations, contracting, and legal coordination
- Oversee budgets, invoicing, quality control, and compliance (including FTC guidelines)
- Analyze performance data and report on progress against client revenue goals
- Identify process improvements and organic growth opportunities
- Collaborate cross-functionally across Dentsu and support new business efforts as needed
Requirements
- 3 years minimum relevant agency experience
- Proven influencer marketing and project management experience
- Hands-on experience with platforms such as CreatorIQ, Captiv8, or similar
- Experience managing teams, budgets, and contracts
- Strong communication, organization, and prioritization skills
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously with attention to detail
- Growth-minded, collaborative, and accountable leadership style
- Proficiency in PowerPoint, Word, and Excel
- Comfortable working remotely, with flexibility to work from an office when needed
Pay
The hourly pay range for this position is $53.74 - $72.00. The hourly pay rate for the successful candidate is based on a variety of factors, including relevant experience, knowledge, skills, and other factors permitted by law.
