Senior Manager - Industrials Sector - Americas

Responsibilities
- Own high-impact client engagements from strategy through execution
- Lead complex projects with an entrepreneurial mindset
- Lead multiple client engagements simultaneously while developing consultants
- Design engagement workplans and guide the team through the project activities
- Prepare client-ready deliverables and independently present strategic recommendations
- Coach and develop consultants staffed on projects
Requirements
- Outstanding drive, determination, and desire to be part of a growing, top-tier consulting firm
- A passion for the Industrials sector and a strong understanding of current trends, disruptions, and commercial challenges
- An undergraduate degree is required; MS, MA, MBA, or other advanced degree is preferred
- Minimum 7+ years of experience in a professional services environment, ideally in management consulting, serving the Industrials industry
- Demonstrated success leading high-impact commercial strategy engagements
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate complex data and market dynamics into clear, actionable insights
- Exceptional communication and executive presentation skills
- A proven ability to lead teams through ambiguity, solve complex business problems, and deliver results in fast-paced, high-performance environments
- Experience managing multiple client engagements simultaneously, balancing strategic quality, commercial performance, timelines, budgets, and team development
- A leadership style grounded in empathy, inclusivity, and emotional intelligence, with a passion for mentoring and developing future consulting leaders
- Strong relationship-building skills and a demonstrated ability to establish trusted advisor status with senior executives and client decision-makers
- A track record of contributing to business development efforts, including selling follow-on engagements, identifying new opportunities, and supporting proposal and pitch development

Pay
Total compensation for this role includes base salary, performance bonus, eligibility for annual merit-based increases, and a comprehensive benefits package. The base salary range for this position is between $190,000 to $210,000 per year for U.S. roles.
Schedule
Flexibility to travel approximately 25% to support client engagements and business development activities.
