Senior Manager, Implementation

This role will drive complex programs from planning through execution with a focus on structure, accountability, and measurable delivery. You will work across business leaders, delivery teams, and strategic partners to align priorities, manage dependencies, and keep initiatives on track. The position offers the opportunity to bring clarity to complex work and deliver outcomes that matter across the organization within a technology-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day management and coaching for the Implementation Manager team
• Maintain real-time visibility into team capacity and balance workload
• Own assignment logic for matching Implementation Managers to projects
• Ensure high-quality project plans and milestone tracking for every engagement
• Define standards for implementation execution and escalation handling
• Establish and document repeatable delivery methodologies and templates
• Drive alignment and communication with internal stakeholders across departments
• Partner on strategic engagements to ensure high-quality service delivery
• Set up operational systems for tracking delivery health and performance

Qualifications

• 7+ years in professional services or delivery leadership within B2B SaaS or enterprise software
• Experience scaling a Professional Services function, preferably from a greenfield state
• Strong understanding of commercial aspects: scoping, SOW construction, and revenue recognition
• Proven ability to manage a delivery team with a focus on project governance and quality standards
• Comfortable operating in ambiguous environments as both a manager and builder
• Excellent skills in cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Finance, Product, and Customer Success
• Experience in HR tech, compensation, or data-intensive domains

Pay

$155,000 – $180,000 annually
