About the Role

The Sr. Manager, Identity & Access Management leads an organization that defines strategy, target-state architecture, standards, roadmaps, and prioritized delivery plans for Identity & Access Management (IAM) across Xcel Energy.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the long-term IAM strategy aligned with business objectives and security requirements.
• Define and maintain IAM target-state architecture, standards, and best practices.
• Create and manage a prioritized IAM roadmap, ensuring timely and effective delivery of initiatives.
• Lead and mentor a team of IAM professionals, fostering collaboration and professional growth.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, security, compliance, and business units, to ensure IAM solutions meet organizational needs.
• Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of IAM systems, tools, and processes.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards related to identity and access management.
• Monitor and report on IAM performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and optimization.
• Drive innovation and continuous improvement in IAM practices and technologies.
