Responsibilities

• Analyze financial performance, trends, and prepare financial reports for decision-making, budgeting, and projections.
• Prepare financial reports (actuals, projections, budget), report optimization, and support for decision-making process with relevant financial analyses.
• Consolidate financial data for recurrent reporting requirements and other market functions.
• Assess risk and create alternative solutions and contingency plans to meet financial targets.
• Advise finance community on best practices, develop strong relationships, and support within the markets' finance community and key internal customers.
• Support the Budget/Projection/Month End Close process.
• Participate in ad-hoc projects in support of various initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field, and two (2) years of related work experience as a Financial and Investment Analyst or related occupation.
• In the alternative, no degree and four (4) years of related work experience as a Financial and Investment Analyst or related occupation.
• Two (2) years of experience with/configuring Financial Database Systems including SAP and Hyperion;
• Financial reporting, planning, and analysis processes using PowerBI;
• Communicating complex finance numbers in a persuasive manner to make them understandable by a diverse audience;
• Creating financial reporting templates to support collection, review, consolidation, and verification of market data and dynamic tool creation;
• Forecasting Operating Expenses (OPEX) and day-to-day actuals monitoring;
• Streamlining process improvement activities.

Pay

$180,250.00 - $218,730.00

Hybrid schedule as determined by the employer.
