Responsibilities

  • Drive innovation and maturity in company's technical and operational initiatives
  • Analyze technical options and present trade study recommendations to stakeholders
  • Track and report on Connected Factory metrics and automation KPIs
  • Support factory automation efforts and technology readiness assessments
  • Lead the Industry 4.0 Council and support QMS harmonization initiatives
  • Ensure manufacturability is factored into product development processes
  • Collaborate with teams to share best practices and enhance digital maturity

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's in Engineering, Manufacturing, Digital Technology, or related field with 10+ years of experience, or an Advanced Degree with 7+ years
  • Background in manufacturing, digital technologies, or automation leadership
  • Experience managing cross-functional teams and leading large-scale projects
  • Familiarity with Industry 4.0 and factory automation technologies
