Responsibilities
- Drive innovation and maturity in company's technical and operational initiatives
- Analyze technical options and present trade study recommendations to stakeholders
- Track and report on Connected Factory metrics and automation KPIs
- Support factory automation efforts and technology readiness assessments
- Lead the Industry 4.0 Council and support QMS harmonization initiatives
- Ensure manufacturability is factored into product development processes
- Collaborate with teams to share best practices and enhance digital maturity
Qualifications
- Bachelor's in Engineering, Manufacturing, Digital Technology, or related field with 10+ years of experience, or an Advanced Degree with 7+ years
- Background in manufacturing, digital technologies, or automation leadership
- Experience managing cross-functional teams and leading large-scale projects
- Familiarity with Industry 4.0 and factory automation technologies
