About the role
The Senior Manager, Human Resources (Field HRBP) partners directly with leaders and teams across the Injectable Aesthetics business to drive talent strategies and people initiatives that enable strong performance and engagement.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary HR point of contact for field-based leaders and teams within Injectable Aesthetics.
- Partner with business leaders to align HR strategies with business goals, driving a culture of accountability, collaboration, and inclusion.
- Provide coaching, guidance, and support to managers on day-to-day people matters.
- Partner with Employee Relations Lead to assist in the management of employee relations cases, including documentation and coordination for performance improvement plans (PIPs), disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.
- Complete case summary reports. Maintain a log of ER cases and ensure consistent application of company policies and compliance with applicable laws.
- Act as a trusted advisor to leaders in navigating performance and conduct matters.
- Manage the compensation approval process for headcount and new positions.
- Partner with hiring managers and the Recruiting team to oversee open roles, ensuring timely alignment between business needs and recruiting strategies.
- Support onboarding processes and provide a seamless transition for new hires into the business.
- Collaborate with the HR Manager, HRBP and Talent Lead to support the talent review process, succession planning, and leadership development efforts for the business unit.
- Facilitate performance management and development discussions, ensuring consistency and effectiveness across Therapeutic Dermatology.
- Provide insights on workforce trends and recommend strategies to strengthen talent pipelines within the business unit.
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local labor laws, as well as internal HR policies.
- Partner with HR Operations and HRIS teams to maintain accurate employee data and reporting within the business unit.
- Perform other related duties or ad-hoc projects as required and assigned for the HR team.
Qualifications
- 7+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in an HRBP, HR Manager or field-facing HR role.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience may be considered.
- Strong knowledge of employee relations, workforce planning, and U.S. employment law.
- Demonstrated experience partnering with leaders to drive talent, performance, and engagement strategies.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with proven ability to influence and build trust at all levels.
- Highly organized with strong execution skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Advanced Excel skills (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas, data modeling).
- Experience with payroll/HRIS systems such as ADP, Workday, or similar platforms.
- Excellent attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
