About the role

The Senior Manager, HR People & Organization Analytics & Insights drives HR strategy through data-driven insights, partnering with leaders to inform workforce decisions, strengthen organizational effectiveness, and elevate HR’s strategic impact across the business supporting RAI Services Company.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the HR analytics strategy, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
  • Direct and mentor a team of analytics professionals, offering guidance, coaching, and avenues for professional growth.
  • Supervise the analysis of intricate datasets to extract insights, discern trends, and pinpoint opportunities for business enhancement and growth.
  • Create sophisticated reports, dashboards, and visual representations to effectively convey key insights to executive leadership and stakeholders.
  • Create and implement predictive models that anticipate business outcomes and inform strategic decision-making.
  • Establish and uphold HR data governance policies and quality assurance procedures to ensure data precision, uniformity, and security.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to understand their analytical needs and deliver strategic insights and support.
  • Stay abreast of emerging analytics technologies and methodologies to support continuous improvement efforts across HR.
  • Foster innovation and drive enhancements within the analytics domain to ensure HR processes and strategies remain agile and effective.

Requirements

  • 5 years of experience in HR Manager, HR Data, Reporting, or Analytics Manager, HRIS (Human Resource Information Systems) Manager, or other related HR Management role.
  • Experience with data analysis, data visualization, insights, and foresights.
  • Talent and workforce analytics and planning.
  • HR processes, including Human Resource Information System (HRIS) and SuccessFactors.
  • HR Data Strategy and Continuous Improvement.
  • Subject Matter Expertise (SME) in employee engagement platforms, including Towers Watson and Alteryx.
  • Project management.
  • Leverage of Lean Six Sigma.
  • SQL.
  • Python, R, and programming languages for data manipulation and analysis.
  • Power BI.
  • SharePoint.
  • Data-driven business impact at a strategic level.
  • Statistical analysis, predictive modeling techniques, and machine learning algorithms.
  • Data governance policies and procedures, ensuring data integrity and compliance.

  • Telecommuting permitted 2 days per week within the same geographic location as the assigned office location.
