Senior Manager, HR Compliance
Position Summary
Leads the development, implementation, and governance of enterprise HR compliance programs to ensure adherence to applicable federal, state, and local employment laws across a complex, multi-state workforce. Partners with HR, Legal, and business leaders to identify and mitigate compliance risk and translate regulatory requirements into practical, compliant people practices.
Major Tasks and Responsibilities

Leads the design, implementation, and ongoing governance of HR compliance programs, policies, and controls to ensure regulatory adherence.

Oversees the development, execution, and annual reporting of affirmative action plans and supports federal contractor compliance requirements, including OFCCP audit readiness and responses in partnership with Legal.

Monitors and interprets employment laws and regulatory requirements and translates them into actionable HR policies and processes.

Led and supports HR compliance audits, reviews, and investigations, including partnering with Legal and HR leadership to address findings, manage risk, and ensure appropriate resolution and documentation.

Establishes and maintains HR compliance policies, standard operating procedures, and documentation to support audit readiness and consistent application of employment practices.

Provides guidance and consultation to HR and business leaders on compliance requirements, policy interpretation, and risk mitigation strategies.

Develops and delivers training and enablement resources to promote understanding and adherence to HR compliance standards across the organization.

Supports administration of compliance-related tools and programs, including ethics reporting and tracking mechanisms.
Minimum Qualifications

Must be at least 18 years of age.

High school diploma or GED.

Authorized to work in the United States.
Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field.

7+ years of progressive HR experience with a focus on compliance and employee relations.

Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws and regulatory requirements.

Experience supporting affirmative action plans, audits, and regulatory reviews.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with the ability to influence and advise stakeholders.
