What You Will Do
- Partner with senior leaders to align and execute HR strategies that support business goals and drive organizational success.
- Provide guidance on organizational design, workforce planning, and talent management initiatives to ensure optimal team structures and capabilities.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to leaders and employees, offering coaching and mentorship to foster high-performing teams and a positive work environment.
- Lead and support change management initiatives, ensuring successful adoption of organizational changes and alignment with business objectives.
- Drive the implementation of HR programs and policies, ensuring compliance with organizational standards and best practices.
- Manage and execute HR projects, ensuring alignment with organizational priorities, timely delivery, and measurable outcomes.
- Provide insights and recommendations to improve leadership effectiveness, employee development, and overall team performance.
Qualifications You Must Have
- Bachelor’s degree and 10+ years of progressive Human Resources experience as an HR business partner or HR leader, including organizational design, workforce planning, and talent management - with a demonstrated ability to manage complex HR projects aligned to business objectives and delivered on time; OR an Advanced degree and 7+ years of progressive Human Resources experience as an HR business partner or HR leader, including organizational design, workforce planning, and talent management - with a demonstrated ability to manage complex HR projects aligned to business objectives and delivered on time.
- Must be a U.S. Citizen - U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract.
Qualifications We Prefer
- Coaching certification, change management certification, or organizational design certification.
- Experience in supporting leadership teams in complex, matrixed organizations.
- Strong ability to influence and guide decision-making processes across various levels of leadership.
Pay
The salary range for this role is 132,400 USD - 251,600 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
