About the role
This role will turn data into practical insight that improves visibility, decision-making, and business performance. You will partner with business, technical, and operational stakeholders to build reporting, surface trends, and translate analysis into action. The position offers the opportunity to strengthen data-driven execution and help teams focus on the metrics that matter most within a healthcare environment.
Responsibilities
- Support HEOR projects for life sciences clients, including study protocols and data analysis
- Manage multiple mid to large-scale projects and cross-functional teams
- Conceptualize project scopes and oversee team from initiation to client delivery
- Translate complex research findings into actionable strategies for clients
- Engage with clients to deepen relationships and offer innovative ideas
- Contribute to project profitability and business development efforts
- Mentor and train staff while ensuring compliance with company policies
Qualifications
- 4+ years of relevant experience, preferably in consulting
- Prior healthcare consulting or life sciences experience is strongly preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for diverse audiences
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
- Advanced project management and consulting expertise
- Exemplary interpersonal skills for fostering client relationships
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in relevant fields (health economics, public health, etc.)
Pay
$112,600 – $145,000 annually
