Senior Manager (Head of) Payroll (SF or NYC)

-Build, own, and scale a global payroll function end-to-end-Build systems, processes, and team infrastructure-Serve as the main voice in the organization across all things payroll-Partner closely with finance, legal, HR, and executive team-Manage payroll across multiple jurisdictions-Manage payroll platforms and HRIS integrations MUST HAVE:-10+ years of progressive payroll experience-At LEAST 3 years in senior/leadership role, overseeing multi-country payroll-Deep expertise in payroll accounting-Experience running payroll in another high growth/hyperscale environment Desired Skills and Experience One of the fastest growing AI/Infrastructure companies is looking to hire a Senior Manager of Payroll to own and scale their end-to-end global payroll function (across both accounting and operations) This is a BUILD role, where you'll be building the systems, processes, and team infrastructure to support a globally expanding company MUST have prior experience building and leading global payroll functions in a high growth environment
