Senior Manager, Go-to-Market FP&A

About the role

For our client, we are seeking a Senior Manager Go-To-Market FP&A to join the team of a leader in the Information Technology space. This role will strengthen forecasting, budgeting, and financial planning processes that guide business decisions. You will partner with executive leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to improve planning processes, financial discipline, controls, and resource allocation. The position offers the opportunity to influence enterprise performance and scalable financial operations within a technology-driven environment.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Responsibilities

• Serve as finance advisor to the Chief Commercial Officer and senior leaders
• Provide insights for strategic decision-making on growth and investment
• Lead planning processes like budgeting and forecasting
• Monitor business performance and identify emerging trends
• Deliver analysis on sales productivity and customer growth
• Maximize reporting and analytics for business visibility
• Lead and develop a finance team for performance excellence

Qualifications

• 8+ years in FP&A or related analytical roles
• 3+ years leading high-performing teams
• Experience as a finance business partner to executives
• Advanced skills in financial modeling and forecasting
• Exceptional communication and presentation abilities

Compensation

$117,200 – $157,500 annually
