Position Summary
The Senior Manager, Market Strategy & Go-to-Market will lead the development of market intelligence, competitive insights, and growth strategies to drive business performance. This role will monitor industry trends, customer needs, and competitive dynamics, translating insights into market priorities, account segmentation strategies, positioning, and value propositions. The Senior Manager will develop and execute go-to-market plans for new and existing products and services, create sales enablement and launch materials, and partner cross-functionally with Sales, Operations, and Service leaders to support successful commercialization and revenue growth.

Position Responsibilities
- Build the market intelligence program and quarterly market outlook
- Track industry trends, customers, competitors and growth opportunities
- Translate insights into segment priorities, positioning and value propositions
- Build accounts segmentation and prioritization strategy
- Lead go-to-market plans for new and existing products/services
- Create sales enablement, competitive battlecards and launch materials
- Partner with Sales, Operations and service leaders on commercialization
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering, Economics, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- 10+ years of experience in strategic marketing, product marketing, commercial strategy, market intelligence, or go-to-market leadership roles.
- 5+ years of direct experience in the gas turbine, power generation, energy services, or related industrial sectors (required).
- Proven experience developing and executing go-to-market strategies for new products, services, or solutions, including positioning, messaging, launch planning, and sales enablement.
- Demonstrated expertise in market analysis, including market sizing, customer segmentation, competitor analysis, trend identification, and opportunity assessment.
- Strong business and commercial acumen with experience supporting revenue growth, customer acquisition, and market expansion initiatives.
- Advanced analytical skills with the ability to interpret market, customer, sales, and financial data and convert insights into actionable recommendations.
- Experience conducting competitive intelligence, win/loss analysis, customer research, and strategic planning.
- Strong cross-functional leadership skills with the ability to work effectively with Sales, Operations, Engineering, Product Management, and Executive Leadership.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, including experience presenting strategic recommendations to senior executives.
- Proficiency with CRM, business intelligence, data visualization, and market research tools.
