About the role
The Senior Manager of Global TA Change & Enablement leads the transformation of Adobe’s Global Talent Acquisition function from a regionally fragmented structure to a globally coordinated hub and spoke model. This role leverages AI to rethink change and enablement at scale, ensuring initiatives are implemented locally in a culturally relevant manner.
Responsibilities
- Lead the complete change strategy for GTA’s hub and spoke transition, including impact assessment, partner alignment, and tracking adoption.
- Work within a complex matrixed organization to enable broad change, build coalitions, and manage diverse collaborators.
- Translate model decisions into change plans that are embraced locally, avoiding a one-size-fits-all approach while adhering to a common standard.
- Challenge and improve how GTAO handles change and enablement, using AI tools and methods to develop more responsive, personalized, and scalable enablement.
- Shift from static training programs to dynamic, context-sensitive delivery, and define central expectations and adoption goals for enablement programs.
- Act as the internal change consultant for GTA leadership and Employee Experience, identifying adoption risks and keeping an overview of the change portfolio.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience leading enterprise-scale organizational change and transformation in a global, matrixed environment.
- Proven ability to influence systemic change without direct authority, navigating complex collaborator landscapes, building coalitions, and moving resistant or ambivalent leaders toward alignment.
- Extensive knowledge of change management approaches and the ability to recognize when and how to modify them.
- A perspective on how AI is transforming change and enablement, and experience ensuring global programs land locally in culturally relevant ways.
- Experience building and leading enablement programs at scale, including curriculum development, content development, and adoption measurement.
- A genuine ability to develop talent, mentoring the team on the craft of change and enablement, not just the outputs.
Qualifications
- Strong executive presence and the ability to advise senior leaders on change strategy with clarity and confidence.
- Absolutely no cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/scam-warning boilerplate.
- No application instructions.
- No pay ranges.
- No state-specific notices.
