Senior Manager, Global Site Contracts

For our client, we are seeking a Senior Manager, Global Site Contracts to join the team of a leader in the Pharmaceuticals & Biotech space. This role will oversee the end-to-end management of high-volume clinical site contract agreements, ensuring terms are executed accurately, efficiently, and in alignment with organizational policies and best practices. The position plays a key part in supporting global clinical operations by negotiating site agreements and budgets with investigator sites and driving improvements across contract management processes. Strong collaboration with internal stakeholders and external research partners will be essential to keep contracts and budgets moving on schedule. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $150,000 – $189,000 annually Responsibilities Manage high volumes of site contract agreements from initiation to completion Ensure contract terms align with company policies and best practices Oversee timely and accurate implementation of contract terms Prepare and execute site contracts and budgets promptly Enter contracts into the contract management system Negotiate site agreements and budgets with investigator sites Lead process improvement initiatives in global contract management Qualifications B.S. with 10+ years of relevant experience in the industry Strong oncology experience is essential Proficient in Microsoft Office and contract management software Demonstrated leadership and negotiation skills In-depth knowledge of clinical contract types and budget negotiation Strong analytical skills and effective communication abilities Experience in a global environment with FDA regulations and ICH guidelines Benefits Robust equity awards and competitive cash compensation Significant learning and development opportunities Strong benefits package Flexible remote work options available Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
