Senior Director, Global Site Contracts

About the role

This role will lead operational priorities where safety, quality, compliance, and execution discipline are central to success. You will partner with operational leaders and project stakeholders to standardize workflows, identify bottlenecks, and improve execution quality. The position offers the opportunity to create measurable efficiency gains and scalable operational improvements within a life sciences environment.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $206,200 – $276,200 annually

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Global Contracts Management team
• Oversee execution of clinical site contract documents and associated processes
• Develop policies and systems to enhance contracting operations
• Ensure compliance and efficiency of global contracting activities
• Train and mentor the contracts team
• Drive operational excellence through innovative contracting solutions
• Serve as the escalation point for complex contract negotiations

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field
• 7+ years of experience in clinical site contracting or related roles
• Proven leadership skills with team management experience
• Strong knowledge of global regulations and compliance related to clinical trials
• Expertise in developing and optimizing contracting processes
• Excellent negotiation and problem-solving abilities
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder relationship management skills
