About the role
DePuy Synthes is recruiting for a Senior Manager for Global Security Technology, located in New Jersey.
Responsibilities
- Define and execute security technology strategies and roadmaps that support enterprise and functional goals, including system modernization and platform optimization.
- Oversee delivery of security technology solutions, ensuring projects are executed on time, within scope, and in alignment with quality and compliance requirements.
- Ensure stability, security, and performance of assigned security technology platforms, including vendor and service provider management.
- Manage budgets, resources, and operational plans to deliver value while controlling cost and risk.
- Drive continuous improvement, standardization, and adoption of best practices across security technology operations and delivery.
Requirements
- Typically 8-10 years of progressive experience in security technologies, with demonstrated responsibility for complex systems or platforms.
- Proven experience leading technology initiatives in a regulated or enterprise environment.
- Strong stakeholder management and ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Experience managing vendors, budgets, and operational delivery.
- Solid understanding of technology governance, security, and risk management.
- Preferred: Experience with enterprise platforms, cloud technologies, or large-scale system integrations.
- Demonstrated success driving technology transformation or modernization initiatives.
- Strong change-management and communication skills.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree required.
- Other Language: English required.
- Travel: Limited; up to 10–20%, primarily domestic.

Pay
The anticipated base pay range for this position is: $122,000.00 - $245,000.00
