Senior Manager, Global PMO, Business Operations

About the role

This role will lead continuous improvement work focused on process discipline, productivity, and measurable operating gains. You will collaborate with field leadership, support functions, and cross-functional stakeholders to improve accountability, service delivery, and operational consistency. The position offers the opportunity to influence operational scale, customer outcomes, and organizational performance within a technology-driven environment.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $120,000 – $150,000 annually

Responsibilities

• Lead GPMO operations aligning with the 4D framework
• Ensure consistent application of 4D phases and governance across projects
• Champion Smartsheet for project tracking and reporting
• Manage project initiation, governance, and lifecycle transitions
• Support enterprise demand management and project prioritization
• Build relationships with executive sponsors and project teams
• Drive continuous improvement of project management practices

Qualifications

• 3-8 years experience in Program Management or PMO leadership
• Proficient in enterprise delivery frameworks and governance models
• Experience with portfolio management tools such as Smartsheet
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to function at strategic and operational levels
• Detail-oriented with a pragmatic, results-driven approach
• Experience in change leadership and adoption of new practices
