We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role? Actually we have "Who We Are" (company description) maybe not needed? The instruction: Use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). Do NOT repeat the job title as a heading. We need to include sections only when posting has real specific content. We have content: Who We Are (company description) maybe not a required heading but could be considered "About the company"? Not in list but we could still use

for "About the Company"? The instruction says use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). It doesn't forbid other headings, but suggests those as examples. Probably we should stick to those headings if content matches. We have "The Role" description (overview). Could map to "About the role". Then "Responsibilities". Then "Qualifications". Then maybe "Skills" (some skills listed). Then "Pay" (compensation). Then maybe "Location" not in list but could be omitted? The instruction says only include sections when posting has real specific content. Location is present but not in the list; we could either omit or include as a

without heading. Probably better to omit heading for location and just include as a paragraph under maybe "About the role"? But we need to preserve all substantive information. We could include location as a

after the role description. We must remove boilerplate: EEO, legal, etc. Also remove "Location This role is hybrid..." we keep that as substantive. Also "Compensation" we keep. We must not include Pay/Schedule/Benefits unless posting actually states them. Pay is stated (salary range). Benefits: mention "eligible for benefits and a discretionary bonus" but not detailed benefits. Should we create Benefits section? The posting mentions benefits generally but not specific benefits. The instruction: never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless the posting actually states them. It does state benefits eligibility, but not details. Might be okay to include a Benefits section with that statement? However they said "never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless the posting actually states them." It does state benefits eligibility, so we could include a Benefits section with that statement. But they also said prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. Could combine Pay and Benefits? But they are separate headings. Might be okay to have Pay section with salary range and mention eligibility for benefits and bonus. Could also have Benefits section with brief statement. However to avoid thin sections, maybe we include Pay section that includes salary and note about benefits and bonus. That satisfies both. Schedule: not mentioned (hybrid is location/work arrangement, not schedule). So no Schedule section. Thus sections: About the role (overview), Responsibilities, Qualifications, Skills (maybe we can extract skills from qualifications), Pay (compensation). Could also include "Location" as a paragraph under About the role. We must not repeat job title as heading. No Job ID. We must use

  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. So responsibilities list, qualifications list maybe, skills list. We need to preserve all substantive information; do not invent or summarize away detail. Let's extract content. Who We Are: description of CAA. Could be included as a paragraph under maybe "About the Company"? Not required but we could include as a paragraph before sections. Since instruction says use

for section headings (e.g. About the role...). It doesn't forbid other headings, but we could just include it as a

without heading. That preserves info. The Role: paragraph: "We are looking for an experienced global benefits professional to support our rapid growth. This role requires subject matter expertise as well as market knowledge. Ideal candidate has experience operationalizing strategic initiatives, measuring performance metrics and defining program communications to increase understanding, drive employee engagement and improve program appreciation. The individual in this role must be comfortable working with individuals in a variety of roles both within and outside of the company. Incumbent will demonstrate strong collaborative skills and ability to deliver white glove client service." That's About the role. Responsibilities: bullet list from "Work with Benefits leadership..." etc. Need to capture each bullet. Let's list responsibilities: - Work with Benefits leadership and HR partners to apply the benefits philosophy and strategy into actions which support the business - Monitor performance metrics and standards, through internal and external resources - Develop internal vendor score card in consultation with procurement. - Measure trends and report on performance on monthly basis - Monitor annual and cyclical global benefits calendar and support local resources as needed for timely completion - Track global benefit spend/ budget: Participate in budget planning, and forecasting. - Prepare leadership-ready analysis on performance, cost trends, utilization, risks, employee impact, vendor performance, and investment tradeoffs. - Support deployment of multinational funding, governance, and plan design strategies across global markets - Support International Benefits and Compensation resources to execute global strategy and philosophy - Support International Senior Benefits Manager for renewals and enrollment strategy, including plan changes, stakeholder alignment, employee communications, leadership engagement, and post-enrollment analysis. - Develop global communications strategy themes and templates for global messaging. - Work with local resources for appropriate delivery - Track effectiveness of communications through employee feedback, data accuracy and measurable results - Work with international team and or local resources to ensure benefits programs, policies, documentation, vendor processes, and operating practices are compliant, well-controlled, audit-ready. - Develop junior staff the benefits team while building capability for future scale. We need to keep each as

  • . Qualifications: list: - Bachelor’s degree or Master’s Degree - 8-10+ years’ experience working with a multi-national organization or 10+ years’ experience in global benefits design and delivery - Experience with the design, administration and compliance of global benefits - Proven experience developing and monitoring global benefits programs, including benefits strategy, plan design, vendor management, renewals, employee communications, and wellbeing programs. - Knowledge of statutory requirements, regulations, pay transparency disclosure and compliance requirements etc. - Experience supporting benefits across multiple countries or regions, with the ability to balance global consistency with local market practices. - Experience in sports, media, and entertainment industry. - Acquisition integration experience - Ability to move quickly, managing multiple priorities, working collaboratively in cross-functional work - Strong organizational, analytical, financial, and project management skills. - Ability to synthesize data from multiple sources and analyze trends - Experience evaluating benefits funding models, including fully insured and self-insured approaches. - Experience coaching and influencing teams, including setting priorities and supporting team development. - Practical fluency with AI, automation, analytics, or emerging technologies, with sound judgment around confidential employee data, privacy, compliance, and human oversight. - Experience with Workday, benefits administration platforms, vendor/broker platforms, or related HR technology is a plus. We could also extract Skills: maybe some of these are skills: strong organizational, analytical, financial, project management; ability to synthesize data; experience coaching/influencing; practical fluency with AI etc. But we already have qualifications covering many. To avoid thin sections, maybe we combine Skills into Qualifications or omit Skills section. But instruction says we can use Skills heading if we have content. We could create a Skills section pulling out skill-related items: Strong organizational, analytical, financial, and project management skills; Ability to synthesize data from multiple sources and analyze trends; Ability to move quickly, managing multiple priorities, working collaboratively in cross-functional work; Experience coaching and influencing teams, including setting priorities and supporting team development; Practical fluency with AI, automation, analytics, or emerging technologies, with sound judgment around confidential employee data, privacy, compliance, and human oversight. That would be a substantive list. But we must not invent or summarize away detail. If we move some qualifications to Skills, we need to ensure we still preserve all info. We could keep Qualifications as education/experience/industry etc, and Skills as abilities. That seems reasonable. Let's decide sections: - About the role (overview) - Responsibilities - Qualifications (education, experience, industry) - Skills (abilities, technical) - Pay (compensation) We'll also include a brief paragraph about location maybe after About the role. We must not include Benefits section separately; we can mention benefits eligibility in Pay section. Now craft HTML. Start with

for Who We Are? Could be a paragraph before sections. Let's write:
