Senior Manager, Genesis Retailer Performance (Eastern Region)

About the role

The Senior Manager, Genesis Retailer Performance oversees and manages all regional Retailer Performance activities within the designated Genesis Region. This includes overseeing Keystone Program execution and performance, Field Consulting Strategy, monitoring regional KPIs, key retailer performance engagement, financial Statement analysis, and Core Operational Performance Program (COPP).

Responsibilities

• Lead consulting actions with retailers identified for the COPP program.
• Exercise independent judgement in the daily analysis of the regions Keystone matrix.
• Provide, as needed, field training for DPM, MMO, Market View, Service View & ICON systems.
• Oversee, measure, track & analyze all regional KPIs, providing recommendations for all areas of opportunity.
• Work closely with the ROMs/FOMs to identify key retailers for direct field consulting actions.
• Aid in the setup and launch of new Genesis Retailers.
• Using the ICON system, identify financially “at-risk” retailers.
• Partner with the National Office to develop and implement pilot programs to improve the overall retailer performance (operational and financial).
• Support the Regional General Manager with the Governance process (OCM/PRM).
• Serve as the subject matter expert (SME) for the Dealer Performance (DPM) & ICON Dashboards.
• Perform all other assigned duties (duties that are ancillary to this position and/or complement the essential duties), as required.
• Manage managerial/development responsibilities for team members, as needed.
• Manage budgeting responsibilities, as needed.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Master’s degree a plus.
• Eight or more years of wholesale related automotive experience desired with demonstrated abilities in direct dealer contacts.
• Two to three years of supervisory experience desired.
• Retailer Consulting or Performance management experience.
• Excellent analytical skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Excellent time management skills.
• Strong computer skills - Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, and Outlook.

Qualifications

• Compensation Range: $114,800 - $164,000 annual base salary.
• Monthly Hyundai/Genesis vehicle lease allowance (including insurance and maintenance).
• Holiday Pay - the company shuts down with pay between Christmas and New Years.
