About the role
This is a field-based position. The Senior Manager, Genesis Carflow & Vehicle Operations oversees and manages all regional distribution activities within the designated Genesis Region. Responsibilities include regional Carflow, allocation execution, liaison with facing Port, retailer/regional inventory analysis, and company car/field DEMO responsibilities.
Responsibilities
- Exercise independent judgement to manage the regional Carflow, aligning with sales & marketing activities to secure the overall health of the inventory within the region.
- Use advanced knowledge to analyze sales data to determine/suggest optimal trim and option ordering mix within a model to ensure maximum sales opportunity.
- Work with the national Product Line Management (PLM) team to ensure the proper stock levels for each model within the Genesis portfolio.
- Foster a strong relationship with the facing port as well as GLOVIS (logistics organization).
- Oversee the launch and completion of the monthly regional allocation.
- Manage company vehicle, employee lease, regional pool fleet, and special fleet sales.
- Partner with the National Office to develop and implement pipeline efficiency initiatives as needed.
- Analyze and recommend optimal allocation methodologies to regional/national leadership.
- Support the Regional General Manager with the Governance process (OCM/PRM).
- Serve as the subject matter expert (SME) for the Order-To-Deliver (OTD) system.
- Perform all other assigned duties (ancillary or complementary to the essential duties) as required.
- Process GM Pool vehicles as directed by the Regional General Manager.
- Ensure the fair and equitable distribution of monthly allocation.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s Degree a plus.
- Eight or more years of relevant wholesale-related automotive experience with demonstrated abilities in direct dealer contacts.
- Two to three years of supervisory experience desired.
- Budget management oversight.
- Excellent analytical, communication, organizational, and time management skills.
- Strong computer skills—Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, and Outlook).

Pay
Compensation Range: $114,800 - $164,000
