Senior Manager, Functional Transformation

Work you'll do

• Lead finance transformation engagements focused on financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, management reporting, and analytics.
• Advises clients on finance operating model design, process improvement, and technology-enabled transformation across finance and global business services functions.
• Drives the design and implementation of data, reporting, and performance management solutions that improve decision-making and business insight.
• Manages client relationships, project workstreams, deliverable quality, and engagement economics across multiple priorities.
• Coaches and develops teams while contributing to practice growth through solution development, pursuit support, and knowledge sharing.

Qualifications

• Required: Bachelor's degree, 8+ years of experience implementing Oracle EPM, 6+ years of experience leading project workstreams or client engagements, 6+ years of experience with finance transformation, business finance, financial planning and analysis, or enterprise performance management.
• Preferred: Master of Business Administration, Master of Finance, Master of Accounting, or Master of Science, CPA, CFA, or PMP certification, 3+ years of experience with AI-enabled finance use cases, predictive forecasting, or driver-based planning, 3+ years of experience with finance operating model design or global business services transformation, 2+ years of experience with proposal support or business development activities, 2+ years of experience leading teams of 5+ professionals.
