Senior Manager, Functional Transformation

Work you'll do

Lead finance transformation engagements focused on financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, management reporting, and analytics.
Advises clients on finance operating model design, process improvement, and technology-enabled transformation across finance and global business services functions.
Drives the design and implementation of data, reporting, and performance management solutions that improve decision-making and business insight.
Manages client relationships, project workstreams, deliverable quality, and engagement economics across multiple priorities.
Coaches and develops teams while contributing to practice growth through solution development, pursuit support, and knowledge sharing.

• 3+ years of experience with AI-enabled finance use cases, predictive forecasting, or driver-based planning
  
• 3+ years of experience with finance operating model design or global business services transformation
  
• 2+ years of experience with proposal support or business development activities
  
• 2+ years of experience leading teams of 5+ professionals

Wage Range

$163,400 to $322,100
