Responsibilities
- Lead recruitment efforts for Franchisee Staff and advisors in the territory
- Oversee the annual Advisor Business Planning process to capture growth goals
- Manage the onboarding process for new advisors and practice acquisitions
- Support requests from field leaders, presenting strategic messaging to advisors
- Connect top advisors with tools and resources to enhance practice growth
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent required
- 5+ years of experience in a related field
- Strong ability to work independently and within a team
- Prioritize and execute projects effectively
- Proven track record in creating and implementing change
- Extensive project management experience, especially in recruitment and onboarding
- Exceptional relationship management and negotiation skills
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
