Responsibilities

  • Lead recruitment efforts for Franchisee Staff and advisors in the territory
  • Oversee the annual Advisor Business Planning process to capture growth goals
  • Manage the onboarding process for new advisors and practice acquisitions
  • Support requests from field leaders, presenting strategic messaging to advisors
  • Connect top advisors with tools and resources to enhance practice growth

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent required
  • 5+ years of experience in a related field
  • Strong ability to work independently and within a team
  • Prioritize and execute projects effectively
  • Proven track record in creating and implementing change
  • Extensive project management experience, especially in recruitment and onboarding
  • Exceptional relationship management and negotiation skills
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
