Senior Manager, Financial Intelligence Unit

Responsibilities

• Provide management and coaching to team leaders and managers
• Oversee team capacity planning and hiring
• Optimize AML Operations team structure and strategy
• Build high-performance teams across fiat and crypto sectors
• Lead quality monitoring and training identification efforts
• Update governance procedures in collaboration with policy teams
• Identify and implement operational effectiveness opportunities
• Approving complex investigations and overseeing case reviews

Qualifications

• 7+ years in AML compliance leadership in financial services
• Knowledge of fiat and crypto-related AML investigations
• Experience in coaching and team leadership
• In-depth understanding of Canadian AML/ATF regulations
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Relevant industry certifications like CAMS or CFE preferred

$100,000 – $130,000 annually
