Senior Manager, Finance — Sales and Marketing
Growth Planning & Forecasting
You brought clarity and rigor to Torani’s Sales and Marketing planning processes, ensuring revenue, trade spend, and marketing investments aligned to strategic growth goals. Through strong cross-functional partnerships, you helped build bottom-up plans across channels, translating business strategies into clear financial assumptions and targets. You led forecasting cycles with discipline—managing monthly performance against plan, modeling scenarios, and proactively identifying risks and opportunities. As a result, the organization operated with greater visibility, confidence, and accountability toward revenue and margin commitments.
Customer & Channel Insight Driver
You elevated how the business understands performance across customers and channels by delivering clear, actionable insights that went beyond reporting. By analyzing mix, pricing, trade spend, and distribution trends, you identified both growth opportunities and margin risks—and translated them into practical recommendations for Sales leadership. Your work helped teams make smarter decisions about where to invest, how to optimize portfolios, and how to strengthen performance across foodservice, retail, and eCommerce channels.
Marketing Investment Optimizer
You helped ensure Torani’s marketing and promotional investments delivered meaningful return by bringing structure and insight into how performance was measured. Partnering closely with Brand and Marketing teams, you evaluated media spend, promotional programs, and new product launches. You’ve assessed ROI and incrementality with clarity. You established consistent post-event reviews that strengthened learning and improved future decision-making, helping the organization allocate resources more effectively and maximize the impact of commercial investments.
Pricing & Trade Strategy Partner
You played a key role in shaping pricing and trade strategies that balanced growth, competitiveness, and profitability. From annual pricing actions to promotional strategy and customer-specific terms, you brought strong financial modeling and market awareness to inform decisions. You evaluated pricing scenarios for elasticity and margin impact, while also strengthening governance and visibility around trade spend. Through your partnership, pricing and promotional investments became more disciplined, data-driven, and aligned to long-term value creation.
S&OP Financial Integrator
You served as a critical finance partner within the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process; connecting demand, supply, and financial performance into one aligned view. By bringing financial insight into monthly demand and sales reviews, you helped ensure volume plans translated into realistic revenue and margin outcomes. You collaborated closely with Supply Chain and Sales to evaluate forecast accuracy, inventory implications, working capital, and key trade-offs and helped the business make balanced, informed decisions that supported both service and profitability.
