We’re looking for a Senior Manager of Finance to be the analytical engine behind that growth. This is not a back-office reporting job. You’ll sit at the center of the action, turning strategy, pricing, and customer usage into the financial story that guides executive decisions and shapes where we invest next. You’ll build the models, call the plays, and connect every dollar to momentum. Responsibilities

• Build the Financial Engine
  • Own driver-based models that connect product strategy, pricing, usage, revenue, margin, and growth.
  • Run scenarios that de-risk major bets and surface new opportunities.
  • Build business cases that link investment to growth, margin, and payback.
• Drive the Plan
  • Lead the forecasting and budgeting rhythm that keeps a fast-moving business on course.
  • Tie pipeline, installs, usage, retention, and pricing to financial outcomes.
  • Partner with leaders to ground plans in what is truly driving the business.
• Find the ‘Why’
  • Analyze forecast-vs-actual results to uncover the real drivers behind the numbers.
  • Identify risks and opportunities early and recommend action.
  • Improve processes, reporting, and controls so the business can move quickly and confidently.
• Define What Winning Looks Like
  • Define KPIs that show leadership whether the business is winning.
  • Build dashboards that turn data into decisions and highlight leading indicators.
  • Ensure trusted definitions, sources, and reporting integrity.
• Be the Trusted Voice
  • Partner with Product, Sales, Customer Success, Corporate Finance, and Strategic Network Planning.
  • Serve as the financial voice in strategic and operational decisions.
  • Translate complexity into executive-ready stories that drive action.

Requirements

• 7+ years turning financial analysis into real business impact.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (MBA a plus).
• Experience in digital, SaaS, or consumption-based businesses — you get how modern, usage-based growth works.
• A modeling powerhouse: advanced Excel, with bonus points for Python, R, or other analytics tools.
• Sharp, curious, and detail-obsessed — you find the signal in the noise.
• A natural communicator who can hold the room with senior leaders.

Pay

This information reflects the anticipated base salary range for this position based on current national data. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. Individual pay is based on skills, experience and other relevant factors.

• $132,232 - $176,310 in these states: AL, AR, AZ, FL, GA, IA, ID, IN, KS, KY, LA, ME, MO, MS, MT, ND, NE, NM, OH, OK, PA, SC, SD, TN, UT, VT, WI, WV, WY
• $138,844 - $185,124 in these states: CO, HI, MI, MN, NC, NH, NV, OR, RI
• $145,456 - $193,940 in these states: AK, CA, CT, DC, DE, IL, MA, MD, NJ, NY, TX, VA, WA
