Senior Manager, Federal Government Relations

About the role

For our client, we are seeking a Senior Manager Federal Government Relations to join the team of a leader in the Healthcare space. This role will lead operational priorities focused on execution quality, efficiency, safety, and measurable performance outcomes. You will collaborate with field leadership, support functions, and cross-functional stakeholders to improve accountability, service delivery, and operational consistency. The position offers the opportunity to influence operational scale, customer outcomes, and organizational performance within a healthcare environment.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $131,100 – $168,500 annually

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with congressional offices and stakeholders
• Monitor proposed federal legislation and develop recommendations
• Represent the company in trade associations and industry coalitions
• Develop policy analyses and congressional materials for leadership engagement
• Assist in planning engagement opportunities with elected officials and stakeholders
• Support political engagement activities, including PAC events
• Position is located in Washington, D.C

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university preferred
• 3–5+ years of experience in federal government relations, public policy, or legislative affairs preferred
• Recent Capitol Hill or administration experience preferred
• Experience with healthcare, trade, or supply chain legislative issues
• Fluency with political and legislative processes
