The Senior Manager, Executive Communications provides high‑quality communications support for enterprise‑level leadership. This role develops clear, compelling, and well‑researched executive communications that advance organizational priorities and ensure alignment across key audiences. The Senior Manager partners closely with senior leaders and cross‑functional teams to deliver consistent, strategic, and insight‑driven communications that reinforce enterprise priorities. The role also strengthens enterprise message discipline by maintaining communication standards, supporting coordinated pull‑through, and producing content that can be customized by business units and functional communicators.

Responsibilities

• Provide Messaging Leadership: Execute a coordinated and measurable message pull‑through strategy that ensures clarity, consistency and enterprise alignment.
• Manage and continuously improve standard work processes for executive communications, ensuring discipline and consistent execution.
• Manage the Leader Messaging Library, including content development, maintenance, and governance standards.
• Conduct rigorous research and craft high‑impact executive materials such as keynote remarks, scripts, narratives, and other high‑visibility communications, ensuring messages are insight and data‑driven and tailored to all audiences.
• Translate complex business
