We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role? Actually we have "Who We Are" description, then responsibilities, then requirements, then maybe "Travel" and "Pay". We must not repeat job title as heading. Use

for section headings: e.g., About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We need to include sections only when posting has real, specific content. We have: - About the role: The description of the role (Senior Manager, Event Operations & Planning for On Location, Combat Sports team) and responsibilities. Could be "About the role" or "Responsibilities". The posting includes "Main Responsibilities Will Include ..." and then a long list. So we can have a section "Responsibilities" with
  • items. - Requirements: The posting includes "You Have These Planning & Coordination Manager Requirements:" with bullet list (though not bullet but sentences). Also "We’d Like You To Have ..." and "Planning & Coordination Skills". So we can have a "Requirements" section with list. - Qualifications: maybe combine with Requirements? But we can have separate "Qualifications" if there is distinct content like degree, experience. The posting includes "A bachelor’s degree or master's degree in Event or Project Management." etc. That's qualification. Could be part of Requirements. But we can separate: "Qualifications" for education and experience, "Skills" for skill list. - Benefits: The posting mentions "robust benefits, such as health care, retirement, vacation and other paid time off, and additional offerings." Also "short- and long-term incentives, growth and developmental opportunities". That's benefits. So we can have Benefits section. - Pay: The posting includes hiring rate minimum $67,500 annually, maximum $90,000 annually. So we can have Pay section. - Schedule: Not mentioned except travel occasional domestic travel. No schedule like full-time, etc. Not specific. So we should not create Schedule section. - About the company: Could be "About the role"? Actually "Who We Are" is company overview. Could be "About the company" but not in allowed headings list. Allowed headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. So we should put company overview maybe under "About the role"? But that heading is for role description. However we could treat "Who We Are" as part of role description? Might be okay to put under "About the role". Or we could omit it? The instruction: "Do NOT repeat the job title as a heading (the page already shows it) and do NOT put Job ID / requisition numbers as headings — fold minor metadata into a short

or drop it." It doesn't forbid including company overview; we just need to use allowed headings. Could put company overview under "About the role" as a paragraph before responsibilities. Thus structure:

    About the role

Who We Are ... (company overview) ... The Senior Manager, Event Operations & Planning for On Location, Combat Sports team will play a central role ...

    Then

    Responsibilities

    with
      list of responsibilities. Then

      Requirements

maybe for degree/experience? Or we split. Let's decide: Qualifications: education and experience. Skills: list of skills (Accountability, Adaptability, etc.) Requirements: maybe "You Have These Planning & Coordination Manager Requirements:" and "We’d Like You To Have ..." Could be considered requirements. But we have limited headings; we can combine. Better: Use "Qualifications" for degree/experience, "Skills" for skill list, and maybe "Requirements" for the specific requirements like problem solving, etc. However the posting already lumps many under "You Have These Planning & Coordination Manager Requirements:" which includes degree, experience, problem solving, etc. Then "We’d Like You To Have ..." then "Planning & Coordination Skills Because these manager responsibilities are abundant, a broad range of skills is helpful..." So we could treat: - Qualifications: education & experience (bachelor's/master's, proven experience, etc.) - Skills: list of skills (Accountability, Adaptability, etc.) - Requirements: maybe not needed if we covered. But we need to avoid filler. Let's extract specifics. From text: "You Have These Planning & Coordination Manager Requirements: A bachelor’s degree or master's degree in Event or Project Management. Proven experience in event operations, event product building, project management & project management tools. Problem solving, creative solutions and strong communication are all essential. Forward thinker, strong planning skills. Ability to look ahead at possible scenarios to manage different outcomes and prepare the project team members accordingly. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, across multiple time zones, with the ability to prioritize projects and deliverables as demands shift. Ability to distill complex projects in a simple and understandable method requires training experience. Ability to lead project teams of various sizes and see them through to completion. Strong understanding of formal project management methodologies. Experience as a large-scope project manager. Able to complete projects in a timely manner. Understanding of Project Management Systems; Airtable, Smartsheet. Excellent PowerPoint capabilities." Then "We’d Like You To Have Event Management experience. Internal & External client relations experience." Then "Planning & Coordination Skills Because these manager responsibilities are abundant, a broad range of skills is helpful in propelling them through the process, including: Accountability Adaptability Budget Management Clear Communication Creativity Decisiveness Delegation Forecasting Leadership Management Organization Problem Solving Strategic Thinking Stress Management" Travel: "Travel Occasional domestic travel to On Location offices could be required." Pay: "Hiring Rate Minimum $67,500 annually(minimum will not fall below the applicable State/local minimum salary thresholds) Hiring Rate Maximum $90,000 annually" Benefits: "Per local requirements and in the interest of transparency, the hourly rate shown below reflects the prevalent current hiring range for this position. Hiring pay rates are based on a number of factors, including location and may vary depending on job-related qualifications, knowledge, skills and experience. The company strives to provide locally competitive rewards packages, which include base rate along with, as applicable, short- and long-term incentives, growth and developmental opportunities, and robust benefits, such as health care, retirement, vacation and other paid time off, and additional offerings." Thus Benefits paragraph. Now we need to output HTML fragment only. We'll produce:
