Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary owner and administrator of the Company's NetSuite ERP environment, ensuring system stability, reliability, security, and performance.
- Configure, maintain, and continuously improve NetSuite modules supporting inventory, procurement, manufacturing, planning, warehousing, order fulfillment, shipping, and finance.
- Design, configure, and maintain workflows, saved searches, dashboards, reports, custom fields, scripts, and automation that improve business efficiency and user experience.
- Lead ERP implementations, upgrades, module deployments, testing, and system enhancements from design through production deployment.
- Partner with business leaders to understand operational challenges and translate business requirements into scalable technology solutions.
- Act as the primary liaison between Information Technology and business stakeholders, fostering collaboration and ensuring technology supports operational objectives.
- Manage end-to-end EDI integrations with customers, suppliers, retailers, and third-party partners, ensuring reliable electronic data exchange and timely issue resolution.
- Develop, maintain, and support API integrations between NetSuite and external platforms including WMS, transportation, eCommerce, planning, and marketplace systems.
- Perform root cause analysis on ERP and integration issues, implementing sustainable corrective actions that improve system reliability and operational performance.
- Develop dashboards, reports, and business intelligence tools that provide actionable insights and support data-driven decision making.
- Support demand planning, inventory optimization, purchasing, production scheduling, and supply chain reporting through NetSuite and Power BI.
- Lead system testing, user acceptance testing, documentation, and change management activities for ERP enhancements and new functionality.
- Develop and maintain ERP governance, documentation, standard operating procedures, and system configuration standards.
- Train and support end users, promoting system adoption, process consistency, and continuous improvement across the organization.
- Manage vendor relationships for ERP applications, integration platforms, EDI providers, and related business systems.
- Identify opportunities to simplify processes, automate manual activities, improve data integrity, and enhance operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, Supply Chain, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of progressively responsible ERP administration and business systems experience.
- Demonstrated expertise administering NetSuite ERP in a manufacturing, distribution, or supply chain environment.
- Experience managing EDI integrations and electronic trading partner relationships.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing, inventory management, procurement, warehouse operations, and order fulfillment processes.
- Experience configuring NetSuite workflows, saved searches, dashboards, custom fields, reports, and automation.
- Experience supporting ERP implementations, upgrades, and system enhancements.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while supporting critical business operations.
Preferred
- NetSuite Certified Administrator and/or SuiteFoundation certification.
- Experience with SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, and NetSuite development tools.
- Experience with API integrations (REST/SOAP).
- Experience with TrueCommerce, SPS Commerce, Boomi, Rithum/CommerceHub, or similar EDI platforms.
- Experience with Power BI and business intelligence reporting.
- Experience supporting WMS, Manufacturing Mobile, production scheduling, or warehouse management systems.
- Food manufacturing or consumer packaged goods experience.
