Qualifications

  • 7+ years of experience in technology, consulting, or enterprise solution delivery (experience in people leadership or program management preferred); a bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
    Experience operating within complex, enterprise‑scale technology environments, with a strong understanding of modern application ecosystems, data platforms, integrations, and cloud‑based solutions.
    Ability to engage technical leaders at a conceptual or architectural level and guide decision‑making without being hands‑on.
    Proven success leading large enterprise initiatives with multiple customers and dependencies.
    Good ability to speak technical at a conceptual or architectural level - with the confidence to engage senior technical leaders.
    Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
    Demonstrable ability to think strategically while driving practical execution.
    Team-oriented leader who inspires collaboration and innovation.
    Curious, creative, and eager to explore new technologies and ideas.
