Senior Manager, Enrollment Operations
About the role
We are seeking a Senior Manager, Enrollment Operations to join our dynamic team. Reporting to the Director of Enrollment Operations, you will play a crucial role in supporting our Enrollment team's success by enhancing their performance, optimizing workflows, and driving innovation.
Responsibilities
- Provide actionable summaries and reports of individual and team performance to Enrollment Team Leads to improve Enrollment Specialist productivity and highlight opportunities for deeper coaching.
- Drive insights and trends from weekly performance data, and provide weekly summaries for enrollment team and leadership.
- Maintain and provide continuous improvement to staffing strategy, to allocate resources with precision.
- Conduct monthly enrollment audits to ensure team member scorecard accuracy, surfacing potential bugs or opportunities for improvement with cross-functional stakeholders in product and data.
- Become deeply knowledgeable on Enrollment dashboards in order to provide ongoing oversight, and to pull ad-hoc queries and dashboards for Enrollment Team Leads as needed.
- Monitor enrollment operational success metrics and proactively propose and implement solutions to resolve issues.
- Provide operational support when internal product bugs are reported by the Enrollment team, including identifying workarounds and investigating root causes of issues and brainstorming potential solutions.
- Project manage cross-functional operational initiatives related to a new launch, product improvement, or data opportunity, ensuring all stakeholders are aligned on timelines and responsibilities, and enrollment can deliver upon initiative goals.
- Support the design and roll out of new enrollment team testing and pilots, pulling necessary data, analyzing results, and providing real-time support to Enrollment Managers and Team Leads.
Requirements
- 5-8 years of relevant experience in roles requiring analytical problem-solving, structured project management, and cross-functional collaboration, with a proven track record of success.
- A background in strategy consulting, operations at a startup, or a closely adjacent field – with demonstrated success in navigating a fast-paced, rapidly changing, ambiguous environment.
- Experience in value-based care, risk-bearing arrangements, or oncology a meaningful plus – but not required.
- An MBA, a nice to have, but not required.
Qualifications

Benefits
- Competitive salary range: $140,250 - $165,000
- Bonus eligibility
Pay
The base salary for this role is $140,250 - $165,000. The salary range could be lower or higher than this if the role is hired at another level.
Schedule
This position is also bonus-eligible.
